Poems are everywhere, even on this take-out cup from our favorite “ski coffee” stop, Galileo Coffee, located on the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway en route to Whistler Blackcomb.

It’s why we travel, right?

We drove by Galileo for years before we finally decided to pull off the highway and try them out. Now it’s a must stop.

If you get there at the “right” time of morning (let’s just call it “early”), they also have fresh-out-the-oven, melt-in-your-mouth muffins. Another way to “experience being.”

Slowing down on the journey from here to there, breathing in the stunning landscape, and then hitting the slopes with your family? Even better.

Stop and smell the beans — and fresh-baked muffins.
